Abstract

|
A rare case of the Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome with characteristic neurological symptoms was presented.
The patient had had the history of uveitis and hearing disturbance for three months.
Specific feature was the presence of the alopecia, vitiligo and albinism on the right half of the body, and right hemiparesis as well.
The neuroradiological studies disclosed marked abnormalities in the basal cistern.
And also the slight hyperglycemia and hypocholesterolemia were revealed in the blood chemistry. Therefore, authors reported here a classical form of the Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome with references reviewed.
